Let's adjust the face shape to have a clear face frame with the face trend in L Shape.

It is a strong trend for the face shape (L-style) with a balanced structure have a not too narrow jaw line and chin.

It has a little square, clearly looks like a L, which makes the face look dimensional.

Look sexy and charming such as Angelina Jolie or Kylie Jenner.

We can do facial exercises to make your face frame look clearer.

Have a balanced structure. Facial skin is not sagging and add a distinctive face.

Let's get started.

Step 1
Put your hands on your chest. Look up and move your lower lip up, do 10 times.
Tilt your neck to the right and move the lower lip to the top of the upper lip and hold for 10 seconds.
Tilt your neck to the left and move the lower lip to the top of the upper lip and hold for 10 seconds.

Step 2
Use your fingers to massage, starting from the chin to the jaw.
To loosen the muscles, do 2 rounds.

Step 3
Place your fingers under the chin position 1 and move your mouth 10 times.
Slide your finger into position 2 and move your mouth 10 times.
Slide your finger into position 3 and move your mouth 10 times.
Slide your finger into position 4 and move your mouth 10 times.

Step 4
Smile, see teeth and tense your neck for 10-20 seconds.

Finished, always do it daily, 1-2 times a day and check the results for 2 months.

ok guys im not even kidding i've only been doing this for 2 days (twice per day) and i'm already seeing great results. i naturally have this jawline shape but a lot of fat on my jawline but my skin is A LOT tighter after this and can see my jawline better now.

I can assure you guys this works, I have a jawline like this and when I was young I used to do all of these exersices without knowig it's gonna shape my jawline and here we are!

Posting results everyday:
Day 1: Omg I’m lowkey seeing results.
Day 2: Seeing more of a slight difference than yesterday
Day 3: Same as yesterday ☹️☹️
Day 4: Def seeing a difference from day 1!!

Day 1: not much of a difference
Day 2: same as day 1
Day 3: I'm starting to see a jawline
Day 4: i have it but I'm still doing it to make it sharper
Day 5: its becoming sharper
Day 6: same as day 5

Day 1: Complete! It’s super nice and easy!
Day 2: Complete! Not a lot has changed, but I’m going to keep going!
Day 3: Im starting to see some changes!
Day 4: My jawline has never looked better

okay guys i will give you updates:
day 1: see nothing but it felt good
day 2: see a little bit changing, but not so much
day 3: it changed a little bit
day 4: idk what to write lol, its like day 3
day 5:forgot it, bruh
day 6:i actually have a jawline now!!
day 7: it worked good, but only with this you won´t get a jawline. so do other!!

Hey guys a little advice, try doing the last exercise twice, and do it the second time while tilting your head from left to right, that'll help loosen up your muscles a lot and make them work better

gonna use this as motivation to come back everyday !
day 1: jaw feels good so far, no changes ofc
day 2: i def see a difference already and i did it about 3 times today ?? gonna do another before bed !
day 3: (thank u for the person that reminded me i was so wore out) i did each exercise about 2-3 times today but still same as yesterday. no changes yet
day 4: i am seeing changes! i am trying to drink as much water as possible and i think eating fruit and protein (toast?? idk grains???) has been helping as well.
omg i literally forgot abt keeping up w the comments but ive done this for like a month and it def works !!!! being consistent and have patience. i drink plenty of water as well!!!

UPDATE!!!! ITS BEEN 2 MONTHS AND I FEEL THE PRETTIEST I HAVE EVER BEEN. TAKE TIME DRINK WATER AND DO DAILY !!!! GOOD LUCK

I see people writing their daily results in comments but suddenly leave in between. So I am finally gonna try myself for the 1st time and would let y'all know my very honest reviews :-)
(also I've taken a before picture to compare later on if there's any change) I'll update every week
P. S plz excuse my English ♥

1 week done: so I compared my before and after picture and there isn't any difference yet. I'm not dissapointed since I didn't expected anything in 1 week. But I do expect in 1st month. So I'll try this for 2 months and would keep on updating every week :-)

Week 2 done: I feel like I've slightly lost some fat on my face? I don't know if it's because of this video or because of cheekbones exercise I'm doing from the same channel but yes I can definitely see more like a tight skin around cheeks and under chin area :-)

Week 3 done: you guys this is weird but in a good way... Instead of jawline my face profile is looking good from side. I mean the outline of your face from side. However if I have to talk only about jawline then I haven't seen any visible difference yet.

Week 4: again there's no difference yet in jawline but I'll continue for 2 months

Week 5: sorry was travelling alot this week so couldn't regularly do this exercise

1 month: complete ☑
For jawline there isn't any visible changes but my cheek fat has reduced probably becuase I'm doing cheekbones exercises from the same channel. I've been taking photos every week in the same spot and lighting and angle. I try my best to take exact angle everytime by taking alot of takes but I still don't see any visible changes in pictures.

Week 6 : this time if I compare pictures of before and after then no I can't see it clearly however if I see in mirror then I do feel there's some change in my jawline.

week 7: I do this like thrice or may be even more times a day. And I can see some difference in cheeks

Week 8: finally saw some difference in pictures!! It might be little but ya I can see it. I can see even more in mirror.

Week 9 and that's how 2 months are complete ☑
OK finallyyyy DONEEE. Can't believe I did it. So my honest review will be that the change is very little for me. However this might change from person to person. Some might take more time while some less. A suggestion I'll give y'all is that try to do this whole massage video atleast 3 times a day for better results and dont just do it randomly but try to focus that ur jawline is really been working out. Feel that tense feeling when u stretch jawline part or when u open and close ur mouth. Basically feel the tension in ur jawline part when u do this massage. Don't give up based on my experience cuz as I said results differ from person to person.
