Wasn't familiar with La Stüa so I checked out the website - I thought it interesting that they are trying to attract younger diners (anyone under 30) to fine dining by offering a 4-course menu for 100€. Still expensive for a lot of people of course, but less of a barrier to entry than the 170€ and 190€ menus.

Love the fact that they gave you a card with the playlist. I’m often in tasting menu restaurants yelling “Hey Siri, what song is this”

Thanks for showing an interesting restaurant off the beaten path. I worked for a season at Stua d' Michel in 2000 while training as a chef in italy. I i Never really knew of anyone who ate there.
