If your being chased in a dream it means there is a fear you are running from and dont want to face. So next time your aware that your lucid dreaming, face what's chasing you and let it attack you as you dont really die. And then see if you can face it in real life.

I do hear all the time about "time" in dreams, that clock behave funny, or something, so you can clearly tell you are dreaming, i did try to looks at clocks more often for some time and so i did look on clock in dream, but clock was fine, i even remember it after waking up that back in dream i purposely check clock if its ok, to determine if im dreaming or not and it was just fine, i even did remember time it was showing.
