The best way to start lucid dreaming is by training the brain to pick up dream signs. I'll discuss dream signs, Mnemonic Induction of Lucid Dreams (MILD), Wake back to bed (WBTB), Reality Testing and Sleep Diaries. But first, I'll start with neurology as usual. The Benefits, Cautions and Definitions are also explained in this animation.

Thanks For Watching !. :)

I lucid dream pretty regularly but involuntarily, I can't completely move in my lucid dreams though it's weird and sometimes I get stuck in dream loops which is scary as hell?? So idk but lucid dreaming is a really cool experience sometimes and should probably practice controlling it more (Loving the video, quality content as always!!)

I had a lucid dream last night. It was the scariest thing I’ve ever experienced. My dream was repeating and I noticed that it wasn’t real. I said it out loud that it was a dream and there was a loud rumbling like the sound of an earthquake. The people looked at me, they were frozen but they didn’t have faces they just had glowing spheres for eyes. They didn’t move but it felt like they wanted me to stop because I wasn’t allowed to know it was a dream. I got really scared, so I told myself to wake up and I basically phased out of my dream. I woke up panting. It was scary because I felt like they were trying to keep me there like they wanted to put me in a coma. I will never purposely try to lucid dream but if it ever happens, I will try to regain my composure and work through it. I hope it doesn’t happen tho

This deserves way more attention than most of the other charlatans out there. Got my sub! I can't seem to find much literature about lucid dreaming... I hope it isn't as harmful as they say, I would've liked to train myself into performing it but now I'm reconsidering

Lucid dreams are generally thought to arise from non-lucid dreams in REM sleep👍

That's impressive how this small channel has a budget to actually make animations for educational purposes

I have had this my whole life, as well as repetitive dreams where i can change things in the dream.

I used to have lucid dreams when I was kid(6-7) and before I start the lucid dream, I have to create a scenario where my bed is revolving then I can start my lucid dream but sometimes I can't wake up I just move to another dream thinking I'm awake and after some mins/sec I realize that I'm still in dream and I can't wake myself no matter what, I'm just waking up in another dream again and again and that's was the time I stop lucid dreaming and still after many years I never tried lucid dream because I can't forget that freaking experience!

I couldn’t lucid dream after months of trying. Then someone told me to read this book: “Man Being Volume 1: The Transmission”. It covers everything from dreams, death, the afterlife, time travel, reincarnation, extraterrestrials, portals and gateways, Vatican and Renaissance secrets, Ancient civilizations, Lemuria, Atlantis, Jesus, Sinai, Egyptians and the Pyramids, Hebrew letters, etc. Wild read. Best I’ve had in years. Highly recommend it.

Oh snaps 😮 I regularly wake up after a few hours and then spend 30 min before going back to sleep. I also tell myself to watch for unusual signs of a dream like physics not being right.

55% percent is actually a small number and even smaller when you say ‘’at least one in their life time’’, I my self have experienced lucid dreams at least 50 times or even more in my life, it is pretty cool to have them indeed.

Im not sure if i had a lucid dream or what ever but i remember being awake and then feeling weird so i went to sleep then i closed my eyes but my mind was thinking i had it open. Then my eyes were moving fast when they were shut and also it felt like time was going by fast almost like i fallen asleep in minecraft but i was fully aware of everything but couldn't open my eyes.

I've had one lucid dream in my life....
*I'd gone back to sleep not long after waking when I realized I was dreaming, and I hazily recall summoning Scarlett Johansson! I touched her face to check if she was real & she was 100% real! I then remember thinking 'this is morally wrong somehow' and before I could debate with my dreaming self I instantly woke up!
PS I'm sure I watched a film she was in the night before so I'm not a total perv!

0:19 hold on. You can enter back to your dream after literally wakeup from dream that you are aware of?

The problem is. Whenever i aware that i am dreaming, im not 'lucid dream' insteaim wake up. Literally open my eyes and wake and finish the dream

How the hell do you perform those tests while you're in REM sleep when your voluntary muscles are paralyzed or at least should be?

Lucid dreaming comes naturally to me without a need to induce it .
