Hello! Thanks for your video. The first one about doing it in person still is not an option. You filmed this while we’re still in Covid. COVID is not over even world wide.

Many people are still working remotely or hybrid where they don’t have access to an office or boss. I’ve been fully remote for 2 1/2 years.

Also, doing a virtual call can be difficult if your boss is in another state, Time zone, or they have a very different schedule.

Sometimes, the only option is emailing which may sound unprofessional, but as of the employee, we didn’t set up the set up and it’s nothing we can control

Great video, Thanks!
I am two weeks from giving my notice from a job I like but a pair of bosses that are really toxic. The most helpful part is to practice, practice, practice. It would be difficult enough cold turkey. I think practice will help me hide the butterflies.
Thanks, Thanks, Thanks again!

I hope you're still reading the comments section.
What's the best excuse or reason to tell a good manager if I want to resign after 11 months and I still have some minor projects to deliver? I basically want to focus on my mental health, and I hate the job that I'm doing, but I don't want to let the manager know that I hate the job. He hired me over so many applicants, and I don't want to just quit and disappoint him, because I'm hoping that I could use him as my reference for the next job eventhough I think he's not really happy with my performance and maybe he thinks it's just satisfactory. I just want to quit and take a break for 3 months, then find another job, but do you think I could still ask him to be my reference? What is the best way or how is the best way to approach this? Thank you.

Thanks for this video. I'm wondering, if me and my boss are sitting in different country, what is the proper way to do it?
Should I send my boss email with the subject 'resignation'? But he will be surprised just by seeing the email subject.
Or just send my boss email meeting appointment without any specific subject?
Thanks
