I’m a 68 yo female living in USA since ‘72. My family are mainly passed away or they are in England or USA. But, I’ve heard you relayed some of these stories and it is sad. They are clueless of cost of living in these countries including Canada. Folks, take care of your immediate family in YOUR HOME FIRST! If you have kids outside take care of them next. That’s just my opinion. Blessings!

I thank God none of my family asked me for money. They had jobs and were taking care of themselves and family. I sent things to my mom for them without them asking me. I was critized because I was not sending barrels as my niece did for her mom and children. I told them that after my niece sent for her mom and children, they would see how many barrels she is going to send. She sent them NOTHING. I laughed so hard it looked like I was crying. I told them that I didn't find the money tree in Canada, but as soon as I find it, I will let them know. I only have nieces and nephews and cousins living in Jamaica. I help them when I choose to. I am retired and my money is limited. Nuff love ❤️😂😂

Jayy, the company I used to work for years gave Christmas Bonus. The pastor of the church I attended knew that companies give good Christmas bonus and started to preach on it. SMH! The bonus I got for Christmas was for some relatives in Jamaica and the lots of nieces and nephews in America. The pastor tell the congregation that he fly first class whenever he flies. Lord! Thank God I do not go to those churches any more. Then I have relatives and relative neighbor asking me, one person, single for birthday gifts. I have to work 6 days a week for many weeks. On a single Saturday, 12, 13, 14 hours on a single Saturday. Forget those relatives, they only care about what I can give them and that is being a ATM.

He is ungrateful, he want to take care of his xmas on another person's back and hard work. Like you stated, if the sender had come back to say, he can't send nothing, the receiver would be vex and vex for life. Foreign life hard, and children don't want to know the word NO, for their friends doing this or better yet the school and teachers wants the children to dress in this attire or something festive that cause more on a parents or guardian pocket.

So folks back home in the Caribbean must tried to understand and they too can pack a box or barrel to send to you in Foreign.

True, no body will believe that problem hit from right to left with family and friends who are overseas; even when you are explaining your woes, they brush you off as if you shouldn't have problems and nothing nah gwan for you or things tough.

So straight talk is a must, yes or no, there is no gray areas, it is either yes you will or no you can't. Point blank period.

But when hard times lick and the person from Foreign comes back to Jamaica, the so called family and friends chat you and gossip behind your back and never once consider that, the same person usually send and put money in them pocket to help do what they want. But they themselves, never once send you some money, no matter how small, or a box with Caribbean products. Never once

Your words are truly inspiring 💯 percent right 👉 I've been into the same situations trying to helping these two individuals sisters it's becoming a nightmare from elen street i could not believe person's are ungrateful and very evil 😈 the moments there are lesser 💰 money and lesser barrels into the manner they were receiving abundantly until it's started getting lesser or you will inform the individual person you will not be able to continue to contribute to them they are going to cutting you off because the ones whoever are choosing to continue doing these ungratefulness it's your blessings you're cutting off 📴 also because we certainly doesn't owe any giving things for you it's a personally u stopped doing these mother Teresa contributions for them into the manner there are not even relatives to me whenever they noticed I've cutting them of they started calling and calling me and leaving messages after messages informing me that they are sorry I've for given them i will certainly will never be for gotten there ungratefulness its there loss and my gain into finding out there ungratefulness thank you for sharing this video with us bless you always 🇱🇷

True. When you tell them this is all I can give. It's like they dont hear. They still asking and telling you " only you me can ask. ".
They want you to pay their expenses. I ask them if they would go to work and give their weeks pay or a days pay to someone?
They don't answer. That's what it is . If we send $100. Calculate how many hours you work for that hundred.
When you tell them look a part time job . They say it's not an option.
I tell them my option is to work part time here on weekends.
Sometimes they have the money put want to spend yours and save theirs.
