There is no "good" or "bad" in music, but I wish to be as accurate and fluent in expressing my music as John Mayer is in this video. It's just mindblowing that one can be something so accurate in every note he plays. As a true fan of _all kind of music_, I am stunned by the skill of John Mayer. I hope he's happy doing what he will do next. I think he's earned a bit of that confidence he has.

I know I'm not the first one to notice this, but that little solo John does from 3:35 to about 4:10 sounds like Stevie Ray Vaughn brought back to life in all his blues glory. It's still John, but I love hearing a clear influence in his playing style there. God damn
