Here is a simple drill to practice stepping into range and practicing the good fundamentals of a good lead left hook.

T-pose tactics is always good for the basics, and obviously the power comes from the hip!
The form you carry is like a teacher, balanced and knowing the capacity aswell

I tend to keep my fist vertical when close range and only have it horizontal when I’m further out. Other than that this is exactly what I do👏🏻💪🏻
