Great info and yes I totally agree because of my experience. I used to have very debilitating anxiety and that caused painful digestive issues for me. I got much better at stress/anxiety management and I take seed brand probiotics now and so I pretty much never have digestive problems anymore! I love legumes, whole grains, veggies and fruit!! My favorite food of all time is Ethiopian! My husbands favorite is Indian. I like Indian food too but he always requests for it to be made spicy, and that’s the only time I run into issues now a days, is if it’s too spicy for me.

Oh and I also used to get annoying itchy eczema rashes from anxiety too. I think anxiety suppresses the immune system which made my skin more prone to allergies and that’s what made my skin sensitive to scented lotions and scented soaps which caused the eczema rashes.
