For me, the right earbud's battery drains faster than the left one. I know it's because the right earbud connects to bluetooth first and then shares connection to the left peace but is there anyway to equalize battery usage for both earbuds?

I bought these earbuds, but from the first they had errors. My left bud doesn’t work smoothly. It is disconnected again and again and does not give some sounds in both buds.

I bought the headphones a month ago and lately, I get an error when I charge them. I notice it because the headphones disconnect from the box and it gives a different color from red and white. At first, I thought my laptop was having audio issues because the audio was deactivated and for some reason, I look at the speaker logo in Windows and it tells me that the headphones are connected. I see that the box flashes a kind of pink color and when I touch the box, I see that both the box and the headphones have heated up. But they fix themselves (you could say in some way), for some reason only by removing the headphones, but lately, this failure continues like this, it’s been about 4 days that I noticed this failure in the headphones. Is there any solution?

I have this but my experience with it is not very pleasant. sometimes when I'm using earbuds, the sounds keep cracking and it's extremely annoying. it's due to wifi being on but I'm mostly using internet so there would be no point in earbuds for me if they're going to keep giving me broken sounds and give me headaches. I haven't find a solution for this problem and I tried all the possible ways to fix it but none of them worked.
