I have the T16 buds and the sound is great. It has a Qualcomm chip inside, just like my phone, so I get to benefit from aptX as well.

Bought one two years ago and lost the charging case. Bought one again 5 days ago and was immediately surprised by how good it sounds (i forgot how good it sounds).

Went on a bike ride the day after I bought it and the left earbud literally fell of at 50kph (31mph). It was scratchless. Sound quality wasn't reduced at all.

Need to check something before buying them: is it easy to switch from device to device easily ? Let me explain the reason: I want to use them in my office so I need to switch easily from Laptop (mostly meetings/calls) to my smartphone (music) rapidly and in a simple manner.
In best case, if that isn't possible, do they support dual pairing (Laptop and my phone connected on the T13's Simoultaneously) ? Best regards !!!

Why do my earbuds leds don’t turn on like yours on the video? Just the charging case’s led turns on but not the earbuds 😢 and my Bluetooth doesn’t recognize it.
