Hi, I bought your earphones, and firstly I am overall impressed and happy. Sound is excellent, and gamemode helps with latency.
They are also my first pair of wireless earbuds. I fail to find in the instruction a simple way to explain to me how to use them properly. mainly:
1.Should I always keep them docked in the box while not using? won't they overcharge?
2.For how many times charge box can fully charge the buds, before being depleted? (at least when new)
3. Should I charge the charge box before I recharge the earbuds for the first time?
4. Can the box be charged and charge the earbuds at the same time? Can I connect it to the phone charger with them inside?
5. I know this one is silly but the manual doesn't state it clearly: Does the charge box charge earbuds when not connected to usb phone charger?

1. I like your charger box case, feels like a good quality stuff.
2. I would suggest you make the box lid half transparent, or make a half transparent little window, so we can see nicely colored earbuds charging state LEDs. and we wouldnt need to open the case to see if they charged. and it would look cool.
3. Your logo is...not awesome. lacks some style. I was a graphic designer, I can make you some suggestions If you need some help with that. I also heard some reviewer said your old logo was a bit better. I agree with that. You provide quite a quality products, and your logo deserves to say "awesome quality", but it says "three eggs"

Hi, I bought it and it was perfect but it only lasted one day and the right air bud became lower than the right one.
Do u have a solution to these?

so i have a question.
if want to charge earphones, i can do it by just put them in the case with blue or green light on case? or need to put them in case and then connect to charger both?

one of the earbuds of my QCY T13 isnt working, and its not a charging problem, for some reason when my right earbud is in the case it shows the blue LED and not red, and when i get it out of the case and try to use it, it not only can't connect to my device it doesnt blink the blue LED like my left one does
