Giant red flag: nepotism arrangements. When the boss' wife/husband works in the office. Especially if they're not qualified for the role. Run far, far away and don't ever accept the job. Nothing good ever comes out of that. Or any form of nepotism really (friends, family members, etc). You, as the employee, will always be "wrong". Not to mention, if you have a legitimate complaint about a spouse, you can't exactly bring that up to the boss. Nepotism harms morale in the office and is a sure sign of a toxic place to work.

I got tired of being sexually harassed once I was physically assaulted and they fired that person but one of my coworkers have been harassing me very strongly it just made everything so toxic coworkers having affairs

I disagree
I work in manufacturing and have a few non office workers who come and go as
they please. My director will not let hold them accountable. This has lead to loosing some great employees.
The old saying protect a bad employee and loose 2 good employees.

🤔....I have a lot to say about root causes of the issue but the question is how does entry level management give a digestable feedback to upper management to improve the culture? Guys like me am able to inspire and keep the morale high but turnover is something I just can't change.

Solid video, I know I have a firm stance on employee discipline but I agree with you, coaching and conversations have to happen before considering discipline.

Is there a proper way to tell your employees to hurry up with there work? I always find it hard to tell someone to hurry up because it must be completed by the end of the day. Any advice will be helpful 🙏

Man Mike I wish you would do a live on this topic. Here in the US it's sad that this has become normal and everyone has to capitulate to the toxic culture. Even as blacklisting is illegal it is rarely enforced. As I see how this company I am with for instance, has never taken out taxes on employees, yet I figured the only way for this to be legal is everyone is listed as individual contractors. But this is not explained upon employment and not sure if our officers even know what a 1099 tax form is.
