HR is not going to back you up either…bail out of there because their lies is what keeps them employed


They do not care about whether you have autism, depression, anxiety issues…they do not care

I’m saying this with much love too ❤…bail out of there and have a backup plan to have a friendlier environment 👍

Im on the look out for another job now, my colleagues are toxic, constantly gossiping about everyone including myself. Management brush it off and dont deal with anything. Time to move on

I just left a toxic job, started over with a new job.

I work at a contact call center in nyc. I have been bullied for over a year by my 2 supervisors and a few coworkers. The verbal taunting would trigger my panic attacks and many times I would keep quiet and ignore it, but it got worse and today June 17 after another panic attack, I just couldn't take it anymore and confronted them in an angry manner and just walked away from them. Then the gaslighting started and one of my coworkers said to me at lunch, 'I don't understand, what happened? What did you say?' Then, upon returning to the workroom after lunch out of the corner of my eye, I saw her quietly whispering something to the other coworkers after my confrontation. This is truly a form of gaslighting. I am here for additional support and workplace bullying & gaslighting needs to be stopped.

I was so disgusted I abruptly resigned to hurt the company and the management. It did hurt them somewhat because I left during a very busy period. My manager was a monster who targeted me.

Even badmouthing the previous Employer due to toxic work environment or abusive employer is tempting.

Sometimes the politics within the company support toxic behavior, and unless new leadership is brought in (which usually doesn’t happen because they’re part of the problem) things will not change. It is always wise to have another job to go to before you quit. However, if the toxicity is impacting your mental and/or physical health, get out of there ASAP!

My previous job made me sign a non-disparaging agreement when I signed my contract. Should have seen that as a huge red flag.
