The main issue I have with S&box is the fact it's "Gamemodes based" and not "Servers based", let me explain:

Let's say, you want to make your own DarkRP server, you need to create an entire gamemode specifictly for YOUR DarkRP server, because when you actually go into the already existant DarkRP section on S&box it doesn't give you a list of all the servers with a "DarkRP" tag, it give you the list of servers only for this specific "DarkRP gamemode" created by someone, so EVERY servers in this DarkRP section will be exactly the same.

After multiples tests on the S&Box beta I'm personally not a fan for now, yeah for sure the game is looking good, but this "Roblox" way of managing the gamemode... humm... not really a fan.

You're right, it's not Garry's Mod 2. It's Garry's Mod 10

Think about it as the difference between Minecraft and Roblox.
Both are incredibly creatively driven projects, but one markets itself as a game with addons (Minecraft and Garry’s mod) and one markets itself as a game engine that you can make games inside of (Roblox and s&box).

Tbh i think this would flop IF it dosent include sandbox and addons, kind of like original gmod with sandbox and addons and stuff BUT with also thid gamemodes and minigames offered to the people, that would actuslly make this really good

When S&ndbox releases to the public, I expect many of the “it is Garry’s Mod 2” people will complain a whole lot about how it is not, in fact, Garry’s Mod 2 and then act as if they weren’t being told so from the start.
