My dear - you are absolutely charming!!!!
I have been making “veggie” jeon for years. I actually followed (loosely) a recipe from The NY Times that used a combination of flour and potato starch.
I always wondered why the recommendation of ice water.
Anyway, your video is terrific. Surprisingly, I just bought one of those flat cabbages at G-Mart. Thanks for the info. I look forward to more of your videos giving me great instruction and lots of smiles. I tried making these, this is my third time and they always come out tasting doughy, what am I doing wrong? Do you need a special kind of flour that I don't know about? I followed the recipe exactly like you have it here. I live in the US and I used "all purpose flour" plus corn flower/corn starch. Any sugestions?

I have tried to make this like a 100 times and everytime there was something wrong with the recipe, like the texture or thickness. But this recipe was PERFECT! Thanks a lot
