AS A medical esthetician as well I agree with you. There are certain treatments that people should do at home to get better results. Yes there are certain things untrained people shouldn't do but things like dermaplaning are very safe as long as you're as safe and hugger-mugger as possible and to be totally honest I'd rather teach people how to take better care of their skin then to up sell.

Cassandra, I love the science explanations behind everything. They’re so much better than other skin care gurus.

I do microneedle at home. Using 0.25mm, following proper sanitation and wound care protocol and not on my face! I have old self harm scars on my legs and I've found the microneedling (once a month) has really helped.

Mind you I consulted my dermatologist before embarking on this adventure!

I bought one of those micro needles, cheap little hand held. I didn't know better, I'm glad I did a quick search before using. However, it worked great to make little tiny holes to plant those baby fine seeds in the garden. A little reduce, reuse, recycle.

Thank you for talking so fast and for getting straight to the point of each product. Nothing is more annoying then waiting forever to hear and see y the information.
Thanks again for taking the time making these videos. They’re wicked helpful and educational.

I RUINED my face with the PMD device. It caused permanent stretching of the skin under my eyes, creating wrinkles 😭. It's aged me so much! I would never recommend the PMD to anyone.

Never understood why dermaplaining was called dermaplaning. Me and my mom always just called it shaving.

Hi Cassandra, will you do separate video about the best LED masks? I want to buy one, but not sure which one is worth the money.

It’s so nice to know what’s worth saving up for & what’s legit scary. No one wants to blow a bunch of money on something and then have it cause harm! It’s especially helpful to know what you look for with the LED mask.

One thing about face exercises - part of it is the muscle plumping but I would say an even bigger part of doing face exercises is learning how to isolate your facial muscles so you’re habitually scrunching less. Like learning how to move your eyebrows without scrunching your forehead for example.

I’m a person with capital C Cheekbones and almond shaped eyes & I would say the biggest benefit of doing face exercises is learning how to smile at people in a way that they can still see my eyeballs.

Hi Cassandra, do you apply your skincare before using the LED mask or do you use it on dry skin?

There's a new device from Theragun called the TheraFace Pro! It's like a 5 in 1. It does massage, LED, Microcurrent, hot/cold therapy. I would love to see you take a look at it. I'm also starting to get ads for at home radiofrequency devices, like Newa. It would like to see some info on these devices!

I started dermaplaning after watching one of your videos you did previously on how to do it safely and sanitary. I LOVE it and it has saved me so much money. It is super easy and I have not gotten a nick even once. I’ll have to try the NuFace now!

Cassandra, can you talk more about Radio Frequency devices? Really curious about them, but they’re so expensive!

Would love your take on Medicube's new "needle less microneedling" device and whether it's effective or a gimmick

Can you please review the high frequency glass wand thing vs I guess the metal ones. The reviews seem to be the same for them. Love your videos! You’ve saved me so much $$$
