What do you think is the best way to escape this short retirement? Move to management?

During my 4 years of IT journey I have developed the interest in coding. I like both DATA SCIENCE (Data Analysis) and Full Stack Web development. But I am unable to choose a path. Can you please guide me on how to choose a good career path.

I have recently resigned from my organization due to low pay and not getting selected in h1b lottery .After resignation, manager told that he will provide alternate client onsite to Canada and some salary hike .should I revoke my resignation .I have offer from reputed IT company with 75%hike for niche technology (total exp -9years)
