The fact that Eddie probably got so mad at Peter that he forgets the reason why is too relatable

Edit: I know about the time stream, but it’s still a little strange that’s the only reason for losing specific memories of Spider-Man when other characters get to keep their memories.
But laws of comic book physics aside, my point is in a lot of continuities it’s funny how Eddie goes from despising Peter for ruining his entire life to being a lovable goofball who partners with him to go take care of his misbehaving relatives (Carnage, Lasher, Knull, ect.)
