I mean Professor Turo explicitly states that Miraidon not only has DNA, but that it’s genetics are nearly identical to that of modern Cyclizar. This combined with the fact that both Miraidon and Iron Treads are shown to have the ability to eat and digest food suggests that these Future Forms are indeed alive. The “data” that suggests these Pokémon are mechanical is implied and sometimes explicitly stated to be from dubious sensationalist magazines

To be fair, human-made Pokemon are a thing. The Porygon line and Magearna are sometimes described as human creations.

I appreciate the willingness to finally talk about Scarlet and Violets unique paradox Pokemon, but my main point of contention is that the articles where these entries are found are unreliable in nature.

There's a really interesting theory here for these Paradox Pokemon and lots of discussion to have so I hope we see more in the future
