ADHD music for productivity as well as cleaning & concentration.

Some people with ADHD can focus better while listening to music to increase productivity. Using 30 minute tasks, you can complete daily activities like cleaning, laundry and organisation. A 30-minute timer can also help you with concentration.

People with ADHD have difficulty completing basic tasks during their day. Research shows that awareness of time can help children and adults with ADHD complete multiple tasks that require focus and attention. This is why we started 30-minute tasks with a 30-minute countdown timer to help ADHDers complete more tasks by breaking down their day into 30 minute time frames.

I have been skeptical of I might low key be suffering from undiagnosed adult ADHD. I have been struggling horribly to clean my house for years. You have no idea how much I was able to get done during this song. Convinced now I need to see a doctor for help. Thank you for this music.

I got distracted from hyper-focus this morning with only a few small tasks left. This helped me get back on track and finish them. Perhaps just as importantly gave me an end time so I don’t burnout! Time for a cuppa and a cinnamon bun reward 😊
