I am super new to developing my first Smart Home and looking to use Homekit. Thank you very much for your beginner videos. I am running into a lot of issues and don’t know where to go for support. Do you or know of a video that talks about basic configuration protocols, such as what kind of WiFi do you need in your house, and where bridges, hubs have to be located (Distances and range of the signal) to get the most of HomeKit. Come to find out devices rely on the 2.5 GHz network, and are not compatible with my TP-Link M5 Mesh system. I had to use an old router/AP creating a different 2.5 GHz SSID in order to connect, however other devices such as HomePod mini connected using the TP-Link SSID won’t control devices and warning they are on 2 different SSIDs. Other questions like If i purchase a new accessor from a different mfg., do i need to to creat new accounts and install every Mfg’s Apps (i.e. Phillips App, Aqara’s App, Eve’s App, Ikea’s App etc)?

Not sure you will see that right away, but my issue is I built a home and added switches, receptacles, thermostats, and other items to my new build. These were all connected through Alexa, I have since gone all MAC and want to be able to control my items with Seri. I can't seem to connect any of the devices because I have no barcode and the boxes are long gone. Please help, Thanks

I have some Phillips hue accessories like motion sensor. This motion sensor has also temperature and luminosity sensors, but we can’t access these two via home app, I could access it through Eve app. Do you have any advise on that? Thanks!
