Ukraine War: Invasion has caused '$600bn of damage'

Ukraine's finance minister, Sergii Marchenko, says Russia is estimated to have caused around $600bn of damage to Ukraine since it launched its invasion.

Mr Marchenko said Moscow should pay to patch up his country once the war is over.

So this brings up the monetary costs (not to mention the cost in Ukrainian lives) of this war. How do we extract the money that will be needed to rebuild Ukraine from Russia when the conflict is concluded. Not only the costs to Ukraine, but also to those who have been providing huge amounts of support to the Ukrainian people, like Poland and Romania who have put so much into helping those who left Ukraine.

Pootin and his oligarchs sieged assets from all over the world should pay for rebuilding Ukraine's infrastructure after the war. I believe that the Ukrainians rather have their country the way it was before the war than falling into the ghastly situations like this. The whole world should take a serious action to odd Kremlin now instead of letting the war on longer.
