The Strongest Resist in Destiny 2?

Destiny 2 has a lot of damage resistance sources since Final Shape, so I was wondering, using swords, glaives, supers, and subclasses how LOW can you get the damage to go, or in other words: what is the MAX damage resist in destiny 2?

I was doing a grand master excision and we had a titan doing the sword block thing, he legit tanked so much for us. He had a warlock healing him for the extra support to. It was quite the sight

Bungie reversed sunset armor but perks and masterworked sets don't work. The masterworked sets add damage resistance in super or elements and it's a total 15% if it worked. I wish they would roll back deprecated perks, armor mods, and the masterwork as it's part of the sunsetting effect.

What about hunter cloak with improved duskfield and grenades grant woven mail, during a roaming super like golden gun or the thrown arc blade? Pair that with amplified damage resistance perk?
