I am a teacher teaching English at the largest government school in south of Bangladesh. I very often go through OUP books for my preparation. But your presentation has born in me a real teacher. I am overwhelmed at the technique you presented, full of enthusiasm and activity. God bless you. Be immortal in young minds all over the world.

"What's this?" is what they have had in the elementary curriculum here, but unfortunately it becomes a mess, since the HRTs start using plural words like scissors, and also getting the children to repeat the question in the wrong context; ie the kids are just looking at the teacher holding the card and repeating the question without touching their palms, as Ritsuko Nakata gets her students to do, or an object near to them like I usually have them do. Otherwise it should be: "What's that?"

Just wondering - if you have to explain the meaning of the word 'this', which is a very simple word, how will they understand the vocab and grammar (reduced relative clause) you used to explain it as they are higher level than 'this'? BTW, I like your other two vids.
