I’m loving your ideas for your new cookbook in progress. I like the 5 ingredients in addition to your wealth of knowledge. I also would love it if you added a list of additional ingredient suggestions for each recipe so we could have options. The suggested ingredients would help us who want to add the “extra” to these simple recipes and really feel like we are cooking like a pro. Learning from the best, thank you Bobby!

I would suggest having a section if you have it and want to add it, these would be good additions: coconut cream, lime, etc.

Just made this yesterday (and added 1 can coconut milk like your other recipe) This is GOOOOD and so effortless! I found some Thai roasted red curry so I used that. I LOVE this recipe and the whole concept of the flavor bomb to make it quick and easy. Thanks! Your book is great!

The other afternoon you had a viewer question “ what’s the best cut of meat for Carnitas?” That would be pork butt / pork shoulder. Hands down the number one meat called for in almost every recipes I’ve ever seen for them.

Cookbook suggestion: Print the simplest version of the recipes. Have a box to the side of the recipe with “making it better with more than 5 ingredients” and list them there. Then there’s a quick and easy version and the other version.

Bobby I’ve been trying to find away to get your attention about storing your opened canned foods in the refrigerator.. I heard it’s not good for health but this is what I found in google....

According to Buchtmann, you shouldn't store an opened tin or can in the fridge once opened, as "the tin or iron can dissolve into the food, giving it a metallic taste"
