This is exactly why Qualified immunity needs to be removed. Make them personally liable for any violations of law that they commit. Qualified immunity was not meant to be for them to violate laws and the constitution. They should be extended immunity if they are executing a lawful action. If the action they are intending to do is unlawful, then they should be held accountable. Watch how many of these stops stop

Video 1...he INITIALLY said he just needed her name as a potential witness.

Then he admits he is going to run her name for warrants.

Wow, so, "Thanks for assisting us citizen...now let's see if we can find a reason to arrest you..."

Video 2, he should have demanded the officer write the citation to see if he was lying about the make and color of the car. Then file a complaint for violating his 4th amendment rights.

the cop says that 90 % of the people he deals are criminals = "cops" are the 90% the ones he hangs out with at the donut shop

Not only do they want to run ID for warrants, but they want it in their database so they can pin crimes on them. We have no control over the notations included with the ID so the cop can say anything they want, and we never even know. If they need someone to pin a crime on later, they just hop into the database and find someone who was in the area and who they described as "suspicious" and boom, crime solved.
