6th fix:
Reduce "Terrain Level of Detail" even further. Especially if you experience MainThread issue when flying dense urban areas. Try 35, if it's ok try to increase to 50.

plus: all traffic to zero and replace it with fsltl. You have maximal fps for a graphic setting if GPU is at 100%.
