We had to sell our home after 22 years. 2014 was a terrible year for us. We buried St Joe right after the agent put up the For Sale sign. I the only Catholic in the extended family and they all laughed at my superstition! It really works! I had hopes and also alot of doubt's. It showed in 2 days! Only 10 days later we have a contract!! On to our new place and new memories, leaving bad luck behind! St Joe will be dug up and taken with us!

What about a neighbors toe or the previous owner head first? I'm so glad we don't have to worry about praying to Jesus in bed at night. These statues are lifesavers!

Well~ here goes my experience so far-

I bought the kit from Amazon, and with all due respect to St. Joseph, he has been placed in our backyard for over two weeks. We have busybodies as neighbors to the point of stalking and had no recourse but to put it out back facing the street. Now, it's been over two weeks, and there has been NO SALE, NO OFFERS, NO NOTHING. So, I don't know what's going on, but this is not working.

The only thing that I can think about was probably my lack of discretion. I bought the statue without letting my husband know, and he was super hesitant about the whole thing 😮Even more, I left the kit in a drawer one day, and we had a showing, and I wondered if the potential buyers saw it. Anyways😢 no results yet; kind of disappointed 😔

This does not work. My mom had a nightmare time trying to sell her house and ended up having to rent it out which leaded to multiple more nightmares and drama.
