Not as much as you want. My first time with a real estate agent was a big education. He represented both me and the buyer. He ended up telling the buyers we would take a low offer because we were being transferred and I wad already out of town on my new job. What a scumbag. Our ex neighbors told us this about a year after the sale when we went back to visit. The buyer had told them the story bragging about how they got the house.
Real estate agents will tell you anything to get a listing and then suddenly it’s all about reduce the price, reduce the price. They are all worthless
