Ingredients:
1/4 Cup Coconut Flour
1/4 Cup Almond or Oat Flour (Ground up Almonds or ground up oats to make your own)
1/4 Cup Cacao Nibs (Or chocolate chips)
1/4 Cup Cold Brewed Coffee
2 Scoops LeanFit Unflavoured Whey
1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
3 Tbsp Stevia (Or sweetener of choice)
Directions:
1. Mix together the coconut flour, almond/oat flour, whey, cocoa powder, and cacao nibs in a bowl.
2. Mix in the cold brewed coffee.
3. Separate "dough" into 4-6 bars and top with melted chocolate chips and cacao nibs.
4. Refrigerate bars for 20 minutes.
