just a reminder for anyone who needs it: (also not trying to be rude haha but u should add a disclaimer that it doesnt work for everyone.) for me, doing 2 face masks a week makes my skin bad, and also some people can't afford that. the ideology that we have built "that girl" upon in our society includes being rich enough to afford aesthetically pleasing items. but yk what? if i can't afford it or i don't do it, it doesn't make me less of "that girl". it's a mindset, people. the same advice based on one skin type does not fit all. if u can afford it, research it.

- tidy up, clean your room(this helps feel more open)
- start using journals, write about your day!
- wash ur hair 3/4 times a week(depends on your hair type just what i do)
- if ur 10+ u can invest in a skincare routine!(yeh if ur 7-10 face masks only!(like the candy faces one ifyk)
