I also want to mention that i personally believe that being that girl doesn’t require an aesthetic house, room, life etc. that girl is not about posting aesthetic pics of you working out or pics of your aesthetic meals. Its doesn’t have to with any of that. Do it for yourself and not others. (I know that many people struggle with the “aesthetic” part of that girl so i just wanted to mention that)

I for example start work at 6:30AM so instead of waking up way earlier, I just move some of these tips to the evening, like working out after the long hrs of sitting down, journaling at the end of the day, you can be "That Girl" regardless of the time, its your day, you make it your own.

As with anything in life, I feel like "that girl" can be toxic if you allow it to become toxic. There's nothing inherently wrong with eating healthy, working out, journaling, etc. Like she said, it's all about balance.

I LOVE the "THAT GIRL" "movement". Like many say, and what you also emphasize, it is not meant to be toxic. People just make it toxic. It really is just a motivation to become a better version of the own self and evolving in a way that brings out the best. It brilliants the own potential of the mind, body and soul and I love that so so much. I struggle so hard since years bc I never really saw my own mistakes and my own failures that I could have avoided. And 2022 is just a good starting opportunity to refresh myself and coming into balance. Thx for this motivation and positivity you spread. Yess that girl doesn't mean just being aesthetic or something its just mean having ur life together and being happy
Recently i did some changes in my routine and it helped me a lot
I am a teenager and soon going to be a highschool student (in less than 2 months :)

Waking up around 7:30am or 8
Cleaning and organising my room
Having breakfast (which i usually use to skip previously)
Studying for 2 hrs
Working out ( lol just started it today 😅)
Skin care and taking shower
And I plan my day every night after my last study session
To be honest this is helping me a lot

what I learned in 2021 is that THAT girl is not a trend but all life purpose - becoming the best version of yourself and for everyone that version is different in their heads

I love this routine, and I can do everything except going outside and making coffee because I'm only 11 I can't go outside because I have to ask before going outside and everyone will be sleep. Also, instead of coffee I make tea.

Step 1: Wake up early (6am)
Step 2: Read or journal for 10 min
Step 3: Make your bed
Step 4: No phone for the first 30 minutes of your day. Get ready for workout (dress in workout clothes), drink water, brush teeth.
Step 5: Move your body. Stretch + warm up.
Step 6: Get ready for the day. Shower + skincare routine + dress up (I dress in the minimalism aesthetic for me).
Step 7: Eat a healthy breakfast. Drink lemon water w/ ice in a mason jar, make a smoothie bowl. 7:50 <- The smoothie bowl recipe.
Step 8: Get fresh air and take daily walks
Step 9: Plan your day
Step 10: Add color to your meals

Tip: Balance your lifestyle. You won't see any progress if you don't balance your life style. Make sure to treat yourself, don't restrict any foods, and don't push yourself too hard on workouts, make sure you have those rest days.

Loved what you said "it is not about perfection it is about becoming a better you and doing what fits best for you". I can say having a morning routine has changed my mindset, business and life. Something so simple can be a game changer. It is important to understand also that we are all going through something similar in life but we are all so different at the same time so what works for me may not work for you at the moment but with time and adjustments you will find what works for you. :)
