For a dude who just hit 50 and have only picked up the guitar for the first time, your videos are great. Thank you.

I've watched loads of videos about setting up les pauls. This video is by far the best video I've ever seen in terms of following a logical sequence and all the sections are super well explained. I cannot stress enough the quality of this video. You can tell that a lot of effort and prepararion has been taken in order to put this video together. Simply superb.

I come back systematically here because any detail is not enough, and you give plenty and more. You are my luthier! Thanks for really teaching!

When learning guitar setups online sometimes steps are missed and it leaves you missing something(like the string height at the 12th fret .015) your explanations are thorough and leaves me with the right answers...thankyou....

Same here I’ve watched so many videos on this but I like watching your videos you make it so easy to understand thank you.

If you don't have a feeler gauge handy, the .015" mentioned in the video is the same thickness as the G string in a set of Super Light (.008 to .038) strings or the B in a set of Mediums (.011 to .050); otherwise check the thicknesses in whatever pack you have laying around for a good approximation.

I somehow caught this video of things I already know because it is a topic I watch a lot on the Ytube.. Normally i skip over how to setup a guitar video, yet somehow you explain in a way that I feel compelled to keep watching.. Your attention to detail, and demonstrating the details you are talking about keep me tuned in.. True sign of a well done instructional video.. Well done, I also appreciate the artistic value of the guitar you are using in the video, I am sure the customer has a prized fiddle they will cherish. .

Except for the tea break segment, the best informative set-up video I’ve seen. I hope you do this for a living man, bc you can if you don’t.

I have watched a ton of videos by different people about guitar setups and I'd say without hesitation this is the most comprehensive and well produced I've seen by far. I know these videis take a lot of time to plan/shoot/edit so I want to say your efforts are very much appreciated. My guitar knowledge level is fairly low and this fit perfectly. Thank you.
