There's a little something called due diligence and then there's also a little something called a VIN number and a serial number. Had anyone of these Dumbo's done any due diligence with any of that before they spent their money they wouldn't have been caught up in this. The drug court is crap in front of the judge there crying then they get a break and may do ok for a day then they get high and it’s like they never let off the gas . You can’t force someone to get sober they themselves have to want it .
