Analogue makes cool products but they're both too expensive for what is essentially a toy I won't use a lot, and always sold out. I will probably never own one.

If you consider the labor costs, it kinda evens out. Depends on how much you value the metal shell being installed for you. But if you want to do it yourself and have a little project, that could be worth more to some. Like Bob.

Waaaay too expensive to begin with, but an extra $90 to not have the Ozone logo is worth it if you're already making the investment.
Or just find a friend with a CNC mill to grind that logo off for you.

I just got a metal Ambernic RG 353m on an Ali sale. I love the feel of pressing buttons into a metal shell. The dpad is fantastic. I got it for $78. I understand supply and demand. That said, paying another $400+ for something very similar is batsh!t insane.

For the price, neither are worth it. If I wanted to get one and needed to choose, I would rather get an official one and hope that they have a decent warranty as opposed to the screws that I'd inevitably end up having extra

With the technology in them being ancient at this point, yet they are produced new which makes it so they aren't antiques or even classical objects. I wouldnt pay more then $100 bucks for one of those even if it had a titanium shell😂

Its a cool expensive gadget though but there are better gadgets at lower prices that can literally do the same.thing and do a lot more. The idea of physically emulating the GBA is cool and all but the steep price aint worht it

I've lost complete interest in getting an Analog Pocket. One, due to the company producing them in very low quantities. Two, when they do release more they are super limited editions for an upcharge. I only ever see YouTubers talk about and use them. Their business practice is not to cater to those who want one and have it available always.

This is for the second hand market for those who are desperate enough to buy one for double or triple the price.
