Claptrap is unironically the best character once you get the hang of him. also the Pre-sequel would have been better if the studio didn't go under before they could add more and polish it up, its my favorite, its flawed but had so much potential

The hate TPS gets is absolutely ridiculous. If the game had some more dlc like BL2 it would be right up there.

The story is awesome imo, finding out about Jacks backstory is great. The gameplay is as good as ever and the skills trees are some of the best in the franchise.

after the story of 3 and the absolute shit that was Tales 2, It's good to see the pre sequel getting some love. It's main issue was just being borderlands 2.5 but at least the writing still felt like BORDERLANDS and not X-Twitter

Kev got more bugs in 25% of a play through than I did after over 1k hours in presequel

Also I'm firmly in the camp of new tales being worse than presequel and no one is gonna convince me otherwise

There is *no* way this man called the Pre-Sequel the worst Borderlands game when Borderlands 3, New Tales From The Borderlands and Tiny Tina's Wonderland exist.

The Pre-Sequel is good if you think of it as an expansion pack to Borderlands 2, but if you're very well versed in Borderlands 2's mechanics, it almost feels vindictive. Certain bosses don't respawn, certain weapons feel neutered compared to their BL2 counterparts, and some weapons or items are just gone entirely. It was like they were telling us we were playing BL2 wrong.
