Jack had contingency plans on top of contingency plans. He put his DNA in all of his doppelgangers to make them slowly become him, have all of his tendencies etc. Timothy even proves this when he talks about having the urge to strangle kittens, which Jack would do often as a youth. Jack becoming a hologram with his personality being uploaded to the echonet was a last resort/happy accident, because of Nakyamas obsession with Jack.

When Jack becomes "Handsome" after killing Tassiter, that's when Plan B should have been put in. It would have looked epic.

One of the few times i wouldnt mind a villain fully returning, most ofnthe time when games do that it can feel boring and lame but Jack is a really cool character, he stays engaged with the Vault Hunters all the time in 2 his story feels unique and generally hes just an all around well written villain which is surprising given its Borderlands, its fun but not known for excellent writing in some cases is all im saying

The part where Handsome Jack's soul starts to dissapear out of nowhere the song says "Im Leaving"

All I want to borderlands 4 is for Jack to come back, and be the good guy again. A lot of people may not like it, but the entire events of 3 proved Jack was right that the bandits were a threat to the galaxy. He only turned crazy after Lilith, Roland, and Moxey betrayed you and him.

Gotta hand it to John (Jqcks real name) he had 2 entire Vault Hunter teams hunt him down, an entire gang (the crimson raiders) too and he still achieved his goal in the end, did it kill him, yeah but doesnt change the fact that he succeeded twice the threat the other villains had
