i think we all have had a point in our life where we just were not feeling like doing this walk at all... i have been there a lot (so you'd think I'm a bit seasoned in getting out but.. still figuring it out lol, but i'm sharing what has helped!). this is NOT a foolproof guide... i cannot guarantee these tips will instantly work for you- we are all different and what you require is specific to you- but i can guarantee that as long as you focus on God and actively participate in these tips, your rut will eveennnnntuaaalllyy end... and hopefully it ends quicker than it would've if you didn't :)
