This looks almost identical to the stuff I get from my favorite Asian restaurant (it used to be just Chinese but starting about 10 years ago they started doing pho, pad Thai, and other stuff too) and I’ve always been happy to get it from them because they’re a wonderful family, but now I live over 40 miles away and it’s just not practical to go that far lately so thank you for this wonderful recipe.

Thank you Aaron & Claire. I made this recipe and it is delicious. The cabbage definitely is a good addition - it bulks it up and adds a nice flavor with no calories.

I also used angel hair pasta instead of Chinese noodles and it worked perfectly, as you said it would.

Ive tried that cheap noodles and it had an aftertaste. We call that Pancit where im at. I love your Chapchae or the black bean paste noodle which i never get tired of eating. Korean cuisine changed my life and life is not complete without Kimchi everyday. Take care always stay safe. c", }

We are on our way home in our RV (camper) and I needed to use up some food from the freezer so I turned to you for inspiration. I had frozen salmon, broccoli, red bell pepper, and onion. Also, frozen vermicelli. Well, the salmon and noodles got a but mushy but the veggies were crisp. I made the sauce to your recipe (even MSG) and it was DELICIOUS!! I bought your cookbook and had it sent home. We will be there tomorrow and I plan on making EVERYTHING in your cookbook! We love your channel. Please say hello to Claire and yummmm. So good.
