Credit to the owners of these clips:

In this compilation video, we go over multiple clips from bear attacks, encounters and even charges. What makes these ''caught on camera'' moments so scary is the fact that they were filmed in remote areas like a forest, national parks, alaska, russia and canada.

We feature a clip where a man on his porch gets charged by a mother bear with her cubs, an american fisherman gets has an encounter with a grizzly bear, a russian man in a tree almost gets eaten by a huge brown bear, a black bear opens a car door, a black bear in Florida opens people's fridge and two hikers encounter a black bear.

Encounters with black bears, brown bears and even kodiak bears are actually way more common than you might think. They often happen to people who are hiking, camping, mountain biking or even hunting.

It just turns out that some of them were lucky enough to capture footage of these near death experiences that almost went wrong on camera and go pro. This leads to some very creepy videos.

Thankfully, many people on hikes carry bear spray, which prevents their bear encounter from turning into ''gone wrong'' viral moments.

Get ready, because these bear vs man moments that could easily be considered near death experiences are sure to give you the chills.

Russian here. The bear in #4 is a pet; the man refers to him as Mansur several times, remains pretty calm and friendly during the entire encounter and as far as I understood, he got up there to fix something for the bear in the first place.

Why anyone would sit filming a freaking bear without checking if the car doors are locked is beyond me

#3 is not about a brown bear trying to eat the guy on the tree. It’s about the tamed bear named Mansur. The mischievous pet tries to prevent the owner from doing some work on the tree.

If a big bear walks up to your vehicle door and your first instinct and action isn't to lock the definitely a Darwin award candidate and not too bright.

When a big bear fake charges it feels like somebody firing a blank at you with a Bazooka

I have a scary bear encounter, I was bow hunting for deer in central Pennsylvania and walking along an overgrown logging road when I suddenly noticed movement in the bushes just off the road about 5 yards to my right. I turned my head just in time to see a black bear from me into the woods. I've never seen a bear so scared in all my life.

The man in the car didn't have enough intelligence to FREAKING LOCK THE CAR DOOR! That's the first thing that I do when I get in my vehicle.

Glad we had the red circles and arrows. Otherwise I would have never been able to pick out where the bears were at.

Bears are so intelligent which makes them an even bigger threat to humans. Great video.

On that second video, I was wondering how someone could be so calm and let their foot get that close to a bear. Then I heard him speaking Russian and I was like, “Ok, never mind.”

Me and my dad went backpacking in california in Lasen Volcanic National park. on our decent down from hiking to the tip of Mt. Cinder Cone, we encountered a mama bear and her two cubs. my dad did the right thing; he put me behind him and began waving his arms telling the beat to leave, using a loud voice to scare it. the mama bear was being protective and just happened to be next to the hikers trail. mama bear and her cubs ran off into the brush and everything was fine; looking back though i can hardly remember if i felt any fear. i think i was more in awe. luckily the bears were used to people walking around those trails, were pretty sure the mama bear was just making herself known; warning us to stay ON the trail and far from her cubs. while the encounter happened my dad was able to take a few really great up close photos. which are not hung and framed in my room and his office. forveer grateful for the once in a life time experience, and forveer thankful my dad knew what to do or things may not have ended well. Hall be safe out there; remember it’s NOT YOUR TERRITORY! keep your distance! Take care!

2 scariest bear encounters I’ve had after being all around the US was at the Grand Tetons. First encounter we noticed a bear up on the hill around tree line while we were walking around the moose pond. Turned around the cup of that bear thought we were his mom and started running down the hill crying at us. Terrifying. The other experience we we a day later walking up Paintbrush Canyon and a momma bear and a cub split my wife and I. The cub stopped about 5 ft from my wife and just starred. Luckily it was September and there was plenty of food out and about.

The ladder bear is named Mansur and he is a domesticated bear that has been taken care of by people working at an airfield outside Moscow, since he was a lost cob and had got separated from his mother bear.

Bear: “You know what this house hasn’t got any good food I’m out of here” 🤣

where i'm from bears are just kinda like big raccoons. you gotta shoo them out of your trash, and give them space if they're just vibing. but the bears and the people are kinda chill with eachother so anywhere else would be scary.

I’m so happy to see that people still knock on the door like that😂😂

One simple rule for bear encounters is to LOOK AWAY, avoiding eye contact, and quarter away from the bear while pretending not to see them. It is how they deal with encounters with each other. Any prolonged eye contact is seen as a challenge, as it is with other bears.

Had 3 grizzlies attack my dad...the closest one dropped 6ft in front of him
The best defense is defense...!!!
Like Tuco in the movie The Good Bad and Ugly said..."If you're going to shoot...SHOOT...don't talk"
