The best thing about bear attacks don't care if you're male or female and 90% of the time, they just want to be left alone. I live in the forest. With bears. Have done for about 35 years. Weirdly, I've never been attacked by one. I have, however, been stalked out of a mall by a random man....been aggressively propositioned amd then threatend with harm when I turned down said proposition by a random man....know what it feels like to have my windbox popped out of place because of a NOT RANDOM had a knife pulled on me for refusing to sit in the lap of a random man....have been pushed in front of a moving car by (again not a random man)....and many other lovely stories involving both random and non random men. All of the men in my house would also pick the bear, so you're all aware....

The authorities have never returned a victim of bear attack to the bear they just escaped. The Milwaukee PD actively returned 14 year old Konerak Sinthesomephone to Jeff Dahmer's apartment after he was found naked, screaming, and mostly strangled on the street, and actually believed Jeff's alibi that it was nothing more than a lover's quarrel. If that's not proof that men are more dangerous than bears I don't know what is. Also it's safe to say far more men than bears have killed women in the woods.

If a bear does attack you it usually has a understandable motive. It is either in desperate need of food(bears don’t normally eat humans so it must be starving) or it’s trying to protect itself or its babies. That sounds like a much better reason than wanting to be with your younger co-worker
