16:50 The answer choices may say it's -7, but the math says it's technically 2 if you plug those values into the original equation.
y = 2(-7)² + 10(-7) - 28
y = 2(14) - 70 - 28
y = 28 - 70 -28
y = 0 - 70
y = -70


y = 2(2)² + 10(2) - 28
y = 2(4) + 20 - 28
y = 8 + 20 - 28
y = 28 - 28
y = 0
