I passed by their vans twice in the minutes leading up to this event.
At 2:59, they pass me going north. It wasn't long before I realized I had to get northeast and out of the way of this rapidly intensifying mesoscyclone.
At 7:24, for some bizarre reason, they can be seen turning back south, driving directly into the tornado, less than two minutes before (and within two blocks of) the incident. Even while I was driving east, the tornado was quickly gaining ground and nearly reached me as I maneuvered around the south side of Lone Star Park. It was tough driving as winds markedly increased. Luckily I had just gotten away in time. I cannot fathom why they would have turned south at that moment (7:24), as the rain-wrapped tornado was about to overtake them. This was no satellite tornado, especially not to an experienced group of chasers/tour guides.

This is not a satellite tornado. it's the same one I was on a just a few miles from SLT I was not in the rain curtain and even away from it, it was very dangerous with the strong inflow winds. Given the rain sound on the van it was ramping up. This will most likely be strong information coupled with the radar screen to be used by any client who wishes to pursue legal action. Glad no one was killed. Having seen the tornado first hand, it's a wonder many weren't

I would seriously take this down immediately, and watermark the shit out of it, then repost it! Make sure it says "Not For Broadcast".
Then I would contact a broker, and sell this!
