If one studies this they will see we are dealing with molecular dissociation and transmution of materials Proposed, due to a highly energetic fractoidal dielectric charge. The disintegration of materials on a molecular level is evident. The abundance of what looks like fire that leaves no burn, nor char, nor residual flame after the vortex has passed deserves much more investigation.
