A couple of years ago I saw Gordon's tutorial of scrambled eggs and tried it. I haven't made them any other way since. I had tried several different ways, and his particular routine just works well for me.

I did vocational training and became a cook.
When they test you in the very end of your learning journey you can more or less decide what you want to cook for presentation. But be warned, the easiest things are rated as the most hardest.
Scrambled Eggs or Fried Eggs i.e need to be perfect, cuz its so easy. This can cause you to fail your exam.

I worked as line cook mainly making fried eggs, omlets and scrambled if needed. Believe me there is no good single way most people dont like runny scramble eggs and they want them well done.

Yes! Light, fluffy, delicate, not browned. I put a lil bit of shredded chz in mine & a splash of milk then a good bit of butter in pan. Once eggs are gently cooked a layer of broke up American chz on top, let melt then gently fold in so the eggs are covered in a creamy, decadent layer of chz they are so good. Salt/pepper to taste

My dad always said you pull them when they are still undercooked. They continue to cook like a steak even after they are off the heat. If they are done in the pan, they’ll be rubber on the plate. Good rule of thumb to go by when making a scrambled

I prefer the scrambled eggs that dont look like mustard heavy potatoe salad.

I like the large chunky scramble with the crispy golden brown parts. Served with salsa and bacon and buttered texas toast or tortillas. Maybe a side of fried potatoes O'brian... now im hungry.

Slow with low temp - while gently stirring constantly - ensures very soft scrambled eggs. Wonderful. Beating makes rubbery.

No way, it’s just a gross texture. It’s much nicer to have “pieces” of scrambled egg with a slight firmness. IMO.

Put a sprinkle of cheese and some chives and this style of scrambled eggs is heaven on toast.

I like my scrambled eggs flat like an unfolded omelet...then scrunch it into a bread sized square for a toast sandwich with cheese. And please allow for some texture and browning so it's not like egg jello.
