Rhea the pet pigeon playing the "boop" game! This is our version of target training that involves lots of safflower treats. Rhea loves it!

I love her floofy little feather feet, if I didn't have my kitties, I'd look into a pigeon as a pet, she's very adorable. Ive had parakeets in the past but I never thought about pigeons like that until seeing so many videos here on YouTube about how awesome they can be as a regular pet.

My conure will do anything for safflower seeds too, but he takes forever between tricks because he has to open them to eat them. I'm thinking this is a pigeons 1, parrots 0 situation. 😂
