@myswimpro my body keeps sinking forward after every pull. During the glide, I'm a little too far beneath the surface so I'm struggling to get my body horizontal again before my next pull. I know most people sink backwards and you explained that in the video, but I can't figure out why I'm sinking forward. Any tips?

When doing the pull kick glide with two or three kicks, where should your arms be? Is there only one pull and then two or three kicks before the glide? I hope that question makes sense to you as I really need to make it clear in my head. Thanks.

This my biggest issue when learning breakstroke. I really struggle to lift even my head out of the water, let alone my chest. I do cycle alot and wonder if my thigh muscles make this difficult.

For the Pull, Kick and Glide. Where should we be in the water? Logically it feels like for the pull, we should be near the surface of the water. Kick, under the surface. Glide, under the surface but gliding up to the surface ready for the pull?

At the moment, I just feel like I'm too far under for all three.
