In this video you will learn how to fix a car floor jack that won't lift all the way. If your floor jack won't stay up and keeps going down, it is time to get rid of the air in the floor jack and add jack oil as necessary. This is part of maintenance and repair.

That's the same jack I have currently. I used to have a real nice aluminum/steel low profile racing one. Then I loaned to my nephew. When I finally got it back, it somehow turned into this cheap Pittsburgh heavy steel one. Like magic!
Thanks for the video, it's exactly what I was looking for.

Like others I have this same floor jack . Exact same model too . Great video !
Mine made it 11 years without any issues .
They sure do cost more now !
I think I paid around $50-$60 for it !
Today they want what we used to pay for the expensive " race" aluminum jacks !

Thank you much for your tutorial!!!! I was getting ready to get another one. It worked like a I'm soooo stoked!!!! I had the front end of my car up on jack stands when my 3 Ton Power Zone jack decided to go limp on me. Once again Thank you!

Thanks for the tutorial video my 3 ton jack lost all pressure when I was working on my truck. Thankfully I had some jack stands to take the weight because it dipped suddenly. I fixed my jack using your video. Appreciate it.

I watched a bunch of vids that showed stuck pistons and bleeding the main pump only. This was the first one that showed how to bleed the two forward valves. Mine works well now and I was so close to buying another jack.
Thanks Man!!

Seeing that lug nut hurt. The pain and frustration of never finding that.

I'm confused, you bled it without having the jack handle tight.... And you originally tested it with the Jack handle loose?

I used to work for a rubbish removal company and i couldn't tell you how many hydrologic floor jacks we sent to the scrap yard. I didn't know how easy they were to fix back then or i would have fixed and sold them on Facebook. We scrapped at least 50 of them over a 4 year period. 😢😆

Thanks for the video. My floor jack has slowly begun to stop lifting. I know now where & which area to find the inlets. Thanks!

I was fully expecting you to find a 10mm socket in there.
