From Zucchini to Zucchini Bread | Maryland Farm & Harvest

Zucchini is a popular squash, sometimes too popular. At Three Sisters Farm in Accident, MD, Stacy and Rodney Carr raise their three daughters and a lot of produce. When Stacy realized that everyone at the local farmers markets also grew zucchini, she turned hers into zucchini bread. By finding their unique niche in the market, the farm continues to grow so that the “three sisters” can one day take it over.
